Account Manager – Insurance Sales

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses

In this role, you will lead the sales process from prospecting to close — driving new business, expanding coverage with existing clients, and delivering a quality experience that inspires trust and loyalty.

Licensing: Property & Casualty required. Life & Health preferred. Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain licenses with full agency support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, build your pipeline, and close new insurance policies

  • Conduct policy reviews and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value

  • Deliver customized insurance recommendations that meet client needs

  • Provide timely, accurate service while maintaining focus on sales success

  • Achieve and exceed assigned performance targets

What You Bring

  • Strong closing skills and a persuasive, confident communication style

  • Drive to succeed and motivation to earn through results

  • Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward the sale

  • Experience in sales, account management, or insurance (preferred)

  • Active or willing-to-obtain insurance licensing with agency support
