We’re looking for a Customer Relations Representative to manage existing client accounts while identifying in-book sales opportunities. You’ll help ensure our customers are protected, supported, and confident in their coverage—while growing your own professional path in the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve policy questions, process updates, and support claims follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and client information in agency systems
- Identify opportunities within our existing client base to cross-sell or upgrade coverage
- Collaborate with licensed team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience in customer service or office support preferred
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations and take initiative in identifying client needs
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
Licensing Requirement:
A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for this position. Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing and able to obtain one within a specified time period. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the required license. Support for licensing may be available to qualified candidates.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
