In this role, you’ll be at the front line of growth—building strong relationships, uncovering needs, and delivering value to clients through industry-leading insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Build meaningful, long-term client relationships through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Promote and sell insurance products that meet individual customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure smooth policy issuance and follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-focused mindset with a track record of exceeding goals
- Energetic personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
Licensing Requirement:
An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license is required for this role. Candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain one within a designated timeframe. Employment is contingent upon licensing.
